can this be kept in the fridge! We froze it as soon as we bought it but now it's been in the fridge since Friday, will it be OK to eat! How can I tell! Thanks

My guess would be that the diced pork would be past its best by now and unlikely to be ok to eat BUT your eyes and nose should be able to make that judgement - firstly look at the meat, in particular its colour, then take the wrapping off the meat and I'm sure that your nose should fairly quickly confirm for you, whether or not the pork is edible - IMO if in doubt, it's best to bin the meat rather than risk making anyone unwell.

Ok great thanks, yes I have a sneaking suspicion it won't be alright to eat but I feel so bad binning food! thanks :)
