Does anybody have an easy fried rice recipe.without having to buy a heap of different sauces etc!

The edmonds recipe book has the best.way better than what we get dished up at chinese takeaways !Can post if you don't have a copy.

my aunty is chinese and i learnt from her and lately if i don't have day old rice in fridge i make the veges etc and rather than stif fry the rice to heat it through with the veges etc i add to cold rice and microwave. Fried rice: beat couple of eggs put into pan cook like omlette, take out of pan, chop into bits, chop garlic, ginger, onion mushrooms chinese sausage bacon carrots peas corn peppers (whatever you have in fridge) and stir fry till cooked, add rice and omlette add some soy sauce heat till hot, serve.
