I made a new risotto recipe tonight, and it was nice, but it has made heaps. Does risotto generally freeze well! TIA

Good idea, but my husband's a shift worker, and he has already nabbed the rest (apart from a portion for my parents) for his dinner tomorrow :) Thanks for the help everyone.
