Any tips on freezing silver beet?

I buy frozen spinach so surely there must be some way of freezing silver beet! I would be greatful for any help.

Just cook it as normal then drain very well. freeze in meal sized portions in freezer bags pretty simple really.

Best way however is to just plant it progressively in your garden then you can have fresh all year round. I let one go to seed every now and then as a result I end up weeding them out of the garden more than planting them.The young unneeded plants are soo tender cooked up.

I wash mine and then place it whole in a bag in the freezer, just snaps off when you want to add some to lasagne etc.
