I bought some slice of swiss roll from the butchers but am now not sure how to cook it!Any suggestions please

Pan fry, or bake on a cake rack to catch the fat.

My kids love it, but I find it a bit hard on the old gall bladder. mmmm nice creamy mash, swiss roll with gravy and some nice veges.I love silverbeet and pumpkin with it.
