I just made apple crumble but crushed up two brandy snaps and mixed with crumble on top. baking in the oven now. Will have it with fresh chantilly cream. nom nom. can't wait!

I put chopped pecans or almonds in my topping.Also add rolled oats for a change.

last one I did I had frozen some stewed apple and feijoa together so I used that - quite a nice tang
