I use a sweet bun recipe, that came with the breadmaker. Or a fruit bread recipe. Once risen I then divide into buns and leave torise again and bake. Fill with mock cream or a patisserie cream and raspberyy jam.

Your local supermarket may sell bags of small buns, cheap as . Make a mock cream or whip up fresh cream, fill and dab a bit of jam , sift icing sugar over and you're done. I can remember seeing a bag and thinking you couldn't make buns for how much they cost, at the time.

i just get the raspberry buns from couplands and put my own whipped cream in them
