Hubby has just been given some fresh tuna. Suggestions to cook please.
I LOATHE nearly all fish, very occassionally I will eat a flounder, or nice piece of fried terakihi or gurnard but that's my limit.
DH got it he can cook it!
Advice for him please. and he is not allowed to stink up my kitchen.

Hi, make sure you don't over cook it what ever you do, pink is best, but a good twist on plain old pan frying is marinating it in soy sauce (quite a bit) and then frying, very very very nice. Also try layered with tomatos, garlic, courgette, basil, olive oil, s&p all the stuff thats good at the moment and baking it. Now I'm hungry.

It'll be nice seared on the bbq, as above - do not overcook or it gets very dry.
