What about spreading a sheet of puff pastry with pesto then roll up, slice and lay the savouries (pinwheels) on a baking paper lined tray to bake for about 20 mins.Serve with cream cheese and half a cherry tomato - remember the little grinding of black pepper.

The ones we had were made in small muffin tins
