If you're lucky enough to have fresh fish, pan fry it in a little bit of butter and olive oil, squeeze a bit of lemon on it, a tiny sprinkle of rock salt - heaven!

Not s.n.s but I marinate in beaten egg & crushed garlic, drain through a sieve then either coat in breadcrumbs or flour & fry.

Dip in a mixture of milk and baking soda (1/2c milk 1tsp bs) then dip in flour on both sides then lightly fry. gives a lovely crunchy coating :)Yummo

deglaze pan with some white wine and add some capers or caperberries and a knob of butter pour over pan fried fish .delish and simple
