ive been doing some research and seen some suggestions that some of the supermarket brands have 'organic 00' flour (cant get up there to investigate today) otherwise illl buy it online

That's normally used as a pasta flour.I've never seen it in supermarkets.Organic Stores, Mediterranean Stores - yes.

I think High Grade flour is the same thing
