I think I read here recently that someone froze pesto in cubes and used them as needed.Is this correct!Also, how long does home-made pesto last in the fridge please!

I freeze pesto every year. I do it in ice cube trays, then pack into bags. You are not meant to add the parmesan til it's thawed, but I freeze it completely finished and haven't had a problem.

Can anyone tell me how long it keeps in the fridge, once made!Is a couple of weeks too long!
