How long would you keep ham off the bone

Its been cut up and put in a container scince Christmas day, Iv been cooking some now and again in the george forman, its not smelling off yet but Im a bit iffy about it now after all this time

Depends how fast it went into the fridge,
how long it sat in the fridge (obviously since Xmas)
and at what degree C your fridge is set.

If it doesn't smell "off" I would eat it myself.

But others will most certainly pop in and say that that is far too long and it should be thrown out!

It was a bit colder than the recomended setting. My Son and his Fiance just came over and said it looked suspect so I threw it out. wasnnt much left thank goodness

It wasnt green but it had lost its pink colour
