I use the Sophie Gray recipe (just decorated a 6th b'day cake) danas decadent chocolate cake
1 and 2/3 cup flour one and 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 100g softened butter dash vanilla essence 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 2 eggs 1 and 1/2 cups milk
mix EVERYTHING together at once!
bake for 50 mins at 180c
the icing =
100g melted butter 250g icing sugar 1/3 cup cocoa milk to mix

If you're desperate, buy lamingtons and make a castle with towers - chocolate for knights and dragons, and raspberry for princesses and fairies :)
