Had a couple of extra pavs given to me & was wondering if they can be frozen to use at a later date

stoats, I haven't yet frozen pavlova myself but I understand from others here on this MB that it can be done and because the pavlova doesn't freeze 'rock-hard' portions can be cut from the still frozen pavlova as required.

Yes you can. I have frozen cheesecake too, but I cut it into portions first as it freezes quite firm.

A lady told me yesterday she makes pav's beats the cream, puts it on the pav and then freezes the whole thing.Comes out well.

Yes, you can definitely freeze them as I did over Xmas and used it just last week and it was fine.
