I need to alter the settings from automatic to manual so I can bake now! How do I do it - I think it was altered when I was cleaning it after kitchen renovations etc. hotplates are fine. Cheers

On mine you hold down the timer button and press the minus button until the display shows 0. 00 then press auto to return 8t to manual. Otherwise try tunring it off at the wall then resetting the clock.
