Mustard chicken.try this.delicious!

This is a different way of doing chicken and very tasty indeed, something the whole family is sure to enjoy.MUSTARD CHICKEN
• SAUCE:
• 125ml Sugar
• 25-50ml Mustard powder
• 50ml Cake flour
• 2ml Salt
• 50ml Sunflower oil
• 125ml white vinegar
• 250ml mayonnaise
• 250ml Boiling water
• CHICKEN:
• 2 TBL Oil for frying
• 2 Brown onions cut into chunks
• 6 Chicken thighs, lightly cooked in 1cup chicken stock
1. SAUCE:
2. Mix sugar, mustard powder, flour, salt, oil and vinegar until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and boiling water and mix well.
3. CHICKEN:
4. Pour a little oil into a large pan cook onions till transparent.
5. Then add chicken and stock
6. Brown Chicken on all sides in stock until just about done.
7. Place Chicken and onions in an oven proof dish
8. Pour over the sauce.
9. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for plus minus 30 min. Serve with Rice and salad or veggies of choice.http://www.nzfavouriterecipe.co.nz/
I know the measurements are 'weird' but just do it!

How is that weird! Apart from mayonnaise that is.
Mustard, vinegar, flour, sugar is normal for mustard sauce isn't it!

This is nice:
Feeds 4.
2 Chicken Breasts cut in half length wise.
Cover in Dijon Mustard
dip in Egg then Bread crumbs
Bake in oven @ 180 for about 20 mins (add oil and butter in the cooking pan)
Serve with green salad or just blanced beans and roasted cubed potatoes.

It was easy just used the measuring cup!Very tasty!Hubby said definitely make this again!

It's weird because the dry ingreds are in mls,not because they are unusual.
