Just wondered how people store their eggs.Lately I have taken to purchasing free range eggs and have had a lot of trouble with them going off some 2 weeks before their expiry date.I have always kept my eggs in the pantry however I am now wondering if I should keep them in the fridge.

I keep mine in the fridge. I did try them in a cupboard for a while but found they stayed fresher in the fridge.

We had this very discussion a week or so ago. Refrigerate, pointy side down. When required for baking, remove from fridge and bring to rooom temp
