Hi Pickles I dont have any specialised gear just thought someone may have a good easy recipe, the one that has the vines and leaves I have heard about it but dont know what to do,thanks A.
Here is a site that will give you an idea on what you require. Maybe if you were to make a "kit"up first that would really give you confidence to go further. You will buy wine kits from a brewing outlet. The 2 X 23 litre demijohns are the biggest outlay. I won't make wine in plastic, some people do. Find a wine club in your area they are always keen to help out. They will have workshops as well, then later you get to compete. They are great social clubs. enjoy.
