Beat together: 2 eggs 1 cup SR flour 3/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Tablespoons full into electric frying pan.
Enjoy with whipped cream & jam!

ok. What is the difference to normal pancakes! Maybe the SR flour!

Actually they are like pikelets!You can make with plain flour but just add 2 tspsns baking powder to give them a good lift!Not as big as a pancake just tablespoons full.
