A new (for me) recipe for punch

Hi folks,
we are often asked for a punch recipe, and there are number floating around. Including the recipe which I normally post - called "Rachel's Punch".

Anyway, I need to take some food (or drink) to an event called "Summer Holiday" and decided that pineapple juice was the thing which reminded me of summer.

So, googled mocktail pineapple juice and came across this recipe.

I like it because it didn't need a blender to make the drinks at the event.

People guzzled it hungryly (I don't know if that is a plus or minus).

It has a fantastic texture. Although it was expensive (because I purchased the sorbet), I know that I can make a sorbet (well in advance of my party) -which will bring the cost down to nearly zero for the sorbet.

And here is the recipe for "college punch"

2 quart pineapple juice
2 quart apple juice
2 quart orange juice
1 quart ginger ale
1 quart orange Sorbet
1 strawberry for garnish

I didn't measure in quarts (what is a quart? ? ? ), but measured it using ratios.

2 (whatevers, cups, litres, you choose) pineapple juice, 2 apple juice, 2 orange juice, 1 whatever for gineraplee, and 1 whatever of sorbet.

I used lemon, but orange would still be good.
