need recipes or ideas for finger dinner food please preferably that can be prepared in advance

We had these ones over Xmas. Make bread cases in muffin tins. (toasted) Can make these in advance and keep them in an airtight container. Mix creamy blue cheese with sourcream. Into baked bread cases, put 1 tsp blue cheese mix to one side and on the other a tsp of Ananoth Beetroot chutney. Top with a sprig of parsley. Also had blini's topped with a mix of sourcream and horseradish cream mixed then a slice of smoked salmon. Both very nice.

Blue Vein Pimpernickel
1 pkt pimpernickel bread
25grams butter
50 grams blue vein cheese
Seperate the bread slices. Cream together the butter and blue vein. Spread mixture on the first layer of bread, add next layer, spread with mixture, and so on till you have a dagwood type sandwich with 4 slices bread seperated by cheese. Then do the same with the remaining 4 slices. Wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving and cut into fingers.
