I have a pool party for new year eves and in need for a good easy punch recipe or maybe 1 or 2 easy cocktails i could do. Thanks verymuch.

Non Alcoholic! I enjoy and recommend Pinto Party Punch, to be found in 2 litre(ish) bottles at your local liquor store. Make it up with cold tea, lemonade and ginger ale, according to the instructions. It makes a large number of serves, and is yummy!

I made this for Xmas.Had to make two more lots.
2 X Bottles of Pink Bubbles 1 X Cup of Pimms 3 X Tbs of Caster sugar 2 X Punnets of Strawberries (Sliced) 2 X Limes (Sliced) 1 X Cup of Ice
Dissolve sugar in pimms, then add bubbles and fruit.Serve over ice.
