Hi, I've 'minced' up the leftover roast beef, and was going to make a cottage pie type dish, but it seems to wintery!Was thinking some kind of small meatballs, or meat patties things.Any suggestions on recipes for this, since the beef is already cooked!We have people coming tomorrow night for dinner, and have used all the lftover vegetable to make a quiche already!

What about a loaf, sliced and served cold.
