How much powdered gelatine for fruit jelly

Just wondering if a lovely lady can tell me how many teaspoons of powdered gelatine I should use to make a proper fruit jelly in a 2 and a half cup capacity glass jelly mould.Plus any tips on how to get it out sucessfully.Merry Christmas.

3tsp will set 2 cups liquid. To get it out of the mould. Dip the base into hot water for 1-2 seconds, then turn upside down onto a plate
