Have extra family members coming for christmas, one is gluten-free and one is diabetic, so if anyone has any quick and easy christmas ideas that would be greatly appreciated.preferable something that is both GF and diabetic friendly!

quick and easy because I have a house full of kids during the day, and work nights, so something I can whip up after work xmas eve or first thing christmas morning would be good, but realise probably not realistic.

Try the Chelsiesugar website for gluten free christmas recipies - these are easy and some dont take long. For the diabetic part - ask what they usually substitute for sugar.http://www.chelsea.co.nz/baking-and-recipes/search.aspx!keywords=gluten+freeI think you may find it difficult for sygar free as well as gluten free.
