Any tips on cooking one of these!It's 1.3kg.Will glazing work well with it!Is 15 mins per pound right for cooking time!Does it need to be covered in foil!Bit of a newb at this!

you are better off typing this into the keywords to the left you will get tonnes of lovely ideas
havent done one myself but there are loads here who have
