Is it OK to put a frozen chicken in a slow cooker! How long would it take! TIA

There are a number of posters who do, however, i dont know how long they cook it for. Someone may pop in and help you with that one,

I would put a layer of veges at the bottom so the ice cold chook and the hot element do not conspire to crack the crock.
