Why is it interesting!Just wondering cos I have made so many pavs in my life, have never found the perfect recipe lol, but the temps have all ranged between 180c and 150c.

My recipe calls for 180C but I doubt you would want my recipe as even though it is one garnered from a chef, renowned for his pavlova and boy, it is a competition winner, in anyone's books.

can we have your recipe buzzy - love trying new ones - I would have thought that was too hot but it must depend on the mix I guess
