Old Whipped cream. !

I have a large bowl of cream that was whipped about 10 days ago. Do I throw it out or is there some thing I can do/make with it!

hmm If it was me, I'd biff it, 10 days rather too long.

That's too long but next time you have some leftover, freeze it in small amounts - it separates slightly on defrosting but is fine.

sue164, how does the cream look and smell!I would expect that it will have soured by now but if it looks ok, my only suggestion re a possible use for it would be to make scones with it using the cream instead of butter and milk, but.if it was mine/ours, I'd be more inclined to do as wheelz has posted i.e. "biff it" / "throw it out".:-))

Me too - two days(covered) in the fridge is my limit for whipped cream.
