Hi has anyone got the ricipie for Apricot balls.The ones made with crushed malt biscuits, condensed milk.Then rolled in coconut.Cheers

go into the lefthand message board & put apricot balls. Under date posted put last year. This one is from there Snowball Truffles
1/2 x 250 g packet Marie biscuits 1 cup desiccated coconut 100g packet multicoloured glace cherries 1/2 cup dried apricots 1/3 cup flaked almonds 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk Extra 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
Place broken biscuits, coconut, cherries, apricots and almonds in a food processor. Blend until finely chopped. Add condensed milk. Process until combined. Transfer mixture into large bowl. Place extra coconut in a shallow dish. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Roll in extra coconut. Place on a tray. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Makes 26.
