Does anyone have a nice ham glaze recipe that is suitable for someone with Celiac disease to eat!Is brown sugar & cloves ok!

1/2 jar apricot jamwith 2 heaped tablespoons of whole seed mustard - just warm the jam and stir through the mustard.I'm pretty sure that both of them are gluten free.Actually, most things you'd use for a glaze are probably gluten free.

Make sure the ham is gluten free - a lot of them aren't! I have struggled to find a mustard that is actually gluten free too. When you ring the manufacturer, they say they ' usually are' but don't declare it as they can't be certain.
If you use the jam as above - just check its gluten free - as the sugar might not be GF.
