Hi, I am having trouble with my macaroons sticking to the baking paper when I take them out of the oven, any help would be appreciated. Viv

Dust paper with bit of cournflour or butter.

gosh its unusual for anything to stick to that! are they cool enough before you remove them! yes i would dust the paper also butter might change the bottoms coloring

Put it in the freezer for 5mins.

I thought they sprayed water over the baking paper first.Heard that somewhere.
