Whats up with the free flow basted chickens in Pac

n Save. Im talking about the 5kg packs of chicken Thighs or portions and all brands. For two months now I cant find just plain chicken in the 5kg bags it has all been basted. Gosh isnt there enough crap feed to the chicken before its killed let alone adding more after. Would be nice to still have the option!

This reminds me of when I wanted to purchase plain, unadulterated lamb racks. The various supermarkets and butchers I tried either had none or had gone crazy with some sweet, gooey, minty flavoured gloop. In the end I had to write a polite note to the manager of my local p-n-s reminding him that some people have more sophisticated taste buds and when paying nearly $20kg for a product they should have the option to purchase something that hasn't doesn't just appeal to the unsophisticated palates of children. The gloop quickly stopped.
