We are getting a pig for Christmas and I would like to use the liver to make a pate. Have made chicken liver pate before so know the process but was wondering if anyone had any tried and yummy recipes for pork liver. Many thanks :-)

Thanks lilyfield, been googleing a bit.loads of recipes out there, so I should be able to come up with something a little more 'festive' in flavour :-)
