I cooked a large turkey last night and there is so much left over. I wondered if you could freeze the slices and if so would they be ok to use in wraps or sandwiches. Id hate to waste it

Should be fine. Ensure there is not a lot of air in your snaplock bag/container etc so that you minimise the amount of ice crystals from moisture which may form. Oxygen is a degenerative in the freezer. :-)
