Bought some on the weekend. lovely stuff. I thought it would be a nice treat for christmas. Maybe cheesecakes, triffle or a lovely dessert cake! Have you got a favourite.

Yes edens_house I certainly have and I see you have included trifle inyour list of possibles so this might be just what you are looking for. There is a recipe somewhere in here for a fabulous Limoncello and Blueberry Trifle which was posted some time ago by cookessentials. I will find it and bump it up for you.
