What about coating them in yoghurt and crumb with a fine herbed crumb, or even a crumb made of very finely crushed cornflakes. *chill well before cooking to ensure no loss of the coating*. Delicious eaten hot or cold.
Or apricot chicken served on a bed of fluffy rice.

Honeyed Chicken Drums
Brown chicken drums in a little oil and butter.Mix in jug ~ 1 pkt Maggi onion soup1 tbsp honey3 crushed garlic and1 cup warm water.
Pour over chicken and simmer until cooked. Thicken with cornflour and warm water if required.

Spicy Chicken Drums
2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp garlic1/2 tsp cayenne pepper4 spring onions, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and cayenne pepper. Set aside. "Slowly" fry the chicken drums until nicely golden.
Spoon the sauce mixture on chicken and coat wellAdd the spring onions pinch of salt .grind of black pepper
Cook all basting chicken with sauce till heated thru.
