yes this one is yummy.Don't know where I got it from, maybe on here. Spicy Nut Mix:1tspn each of ground cumin, chilli, curry, garlic salt.1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper, ground giner, cinnamon.4tbspn olive oil.4 cups of mixed nuts, not salted ones.
Preheat oven to 160 dec C.Line a shallow baking dish with baking paper.Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat.Add spices and stir well, simmer 3-4 minutes.Put nuts in mixing bowl, pour over spicy oil and mix to coat well.Spread nuts into baking dish and bake roughly 15 minutes.Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.You can mix any kind of nuts with this.
