I thawed some last night for a salad.It had been frozen for about 3 months. Absolutely fine.

Good idea to freeze it.I've just found in the back of the fridge an almost full packet I'd opened and forgotten.It now has a fuzz like a teenage boy's first whiskers.

I have a jar of olive oil which I put open packets (cubed)of feta cheese in. it doens't go off as olive oil solidifies in the fridge. I just take it out and leave it on the bench before using. I re use the oil over and over again.

I store my homemade feta in olive oil in the fridge, and then use the oil for cooking veges and eggs.
