I went to a party a while back and they had french sticks cut into thin slices, brushed with oil I think and baked in the oven until they were crunchy.They were a really good thing to dip or to have with cheese and I would like to make them myself.My question is what temperature would I have them on in the oven to bake them!Really low heat or hot! TIA

Called crostini. sliced french bread really thinly brush with olive oil and garlic and bake on an oven tray at 220 degrees C for 8-10 min.watch as they burn very quickly.
