Marinated mushrooms.

I de-stalked some little button mushrooms, sliced them.chopped an onion really tiny.
Melted about 1tblspn honey in m/wave, then dissolved 1 tblspn brown sugar in the honey. added some balsamic vinegar and little water,poured over the mushrooms and left overnight.
this was on Sunday. I have just eaten a few spoonfuls, they are so delicious.
NOW how long do you think they will keep in the fridge. Dont want to poison myself.
ps.chef gave me the recipe, but not quantities so had to guess.

I am guessing but think a week would be fine.

I love marinated mushrooms - 3/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp sugar, 2 Tbls chopped parsley, 1 clove crushed garlic, about 30 button mushrooms. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add mushrooms, stir to coat, and refrigerate.I've kept them in the fridge for 3 or 4 days - the flavour justs gets stronger.
