chocolate button into the mix once in the pattie pans.the bake .Is this ok.using Cadbury's buttons or should I buy one specificly(sp) for baking!

you may find that the cadbury buttons just ,elt away, where as if you use the baking ones they hold there shape and just soften in the circle, as they have a higher oil content

Using Cadbury's buttons will be okay.
