I am using sweet short pastry and was wondering if I should blind bake first before pouring in the custard! And how can i make sure I get them out of their little moulds ok!

Yes, I would blind bake first. what sort of moulds are you using! Muffin trays - silicon!

I was going to use these little porcelain ramekins.
