A couple of days if I don't ice them!I need cupcakes for Wednesday and have work and after work meetings Monday and Tuesday so won't have time to cook them so I thought would do them today and iced them wednesday morning Will they still taste fresh!Cheers

Is it possible to freeze them, they would thaw ready to be iced within an hour. Or ice them, then freeze.
