All 3 recipes are from the last xmas one (The Free Range Cook).I have both books, loving Annabel!

I made her Zucchini fritters the other night. from the new book.They were Great, and an excellent way to get more veges into the diet.I was worried they'd be a little bland, but no way. a nice kick of chilli, and the feta, made them amazing!

The pork belly is delicious isn't it! The green beans and lemon is also lovely.
