Breadmaker help the top of my bread sunk why

the bread its self was really nice but is there a reason why this happens

its the weather at present.
I made
1) didnt rise as much as usual
2) Hit the top of the machine then sank.

It is the humidity in the air is all I can come up with. Have just made 3 further loaves today and one was full of air bubbles while another hasn't risen much but will be great for toast and the 3rd spread further than I wanted.
Ah well tomorrow is another day lol

There are several reasons why this might happen with handmade bread but the machine would not have any of those problems. A couple of things that would affect bread in a maker would be the incorrect type of flour is used or incorrect measuring of ingredients.
