Urgent disaster Pav.oh no, now what

Hi lovely TM gurus, so I have made a fabulous Pav but stuffed up the recipe and now I have soft Meringue so I thought I would put maybe lemon curd ontop and make it a dessert type creation.
1) does anyone have a better idea as I am supposed to be there at 2.30pm.
2)Where do I get instant lomon curd!
I live in hope guys otherwise it is an quick trip to New Word for me.

Chose a large glass bowl. Line with broken pav bits. Layer of lemon or passionfruit curd, layer of whipped cream, layer of strawbs if you want. Keep layering till all pav used.
Perhaps you could take it all with you and pick up the curd on the way. then assemble it when you get there.
