Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for this:My mum used to make one but can't track down her recipe no=one in the family apparently has it:It had black doris plums or cherries in it

I have two.first one are pics I snapped of the recipe book. All units are in grams. This recipe is easy and made for mass production.

First time Ive made one - I also made a choccie ganache with equal parts dark chocolate and cream and put this on first followed by cream then cherries and layered. I also used a jar of morello cherries - not fresh ones. Managed to get proper Kirsch from my local Super Liqour too but at $45 a bottle its not cheap!
