Yummy dip

Had a real nice dip today - so easy:

*Jar of corn relish
*tub of cream cheese

When cream cheese is soft mix it into the relish.
Can go for the lowest fat option on the cream cheese if desired.
Thick and delish and also good as a spread.

It is one of my fav's!Beetroot relish is also particulary good (not sure if you can buy it! Mum makes it). gerkin works, but although I love gerkins, hmm, just wasn't quite as yummy as the other two.
The corn and cream cheese is really yummy in sandwiches as well. With just ham. or in a club, or with ham and salad.

Sounds yummy. Will give it a go.
Here is the dip I make for a fruit platter.
Baileys Dip
200g Cream Cheese ( I use less it isn't exact)
1 small Fresh & Fruity Yoghurt, I use either Strawberry or
Cherry
A good splodge of Baileys
Just blitz until you get the right consistency.Serve with a fruit platter.

Anatoth make beetroot chutney, every supermarket sells it.Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Barkers now own the brand. The chutney is now very sweet.
